Otto sat down and said, “I had a look at those images.”
“So what do you think?” asked Leroy.
“The lighting wasn’t great and Mr. Claus lacked some enthusiasm,” said Otto.
“Normally your Danish sarcasm would be very welcome,” said Mrs. Claus.
Otto laughed.
“Come on, bro,” said Leroy.
“Wulvers. Definitely Wulvers. Normally they have more a wolf-like appearance but it’s a continuum and these two are more towards the human end of the scale.”
“So what does that mean?” asked Mrs. Claus.
“Wulvers are not good to go up against but your biggest problem is still Cailleach. She’s determined to make sure that the Santa brand takes a big hit,” said Otto.
“She’s well on the road to that,” said Mrs. Claus.
“And I don’t think she is finished,” said Otto.
Mrs. Claus shook her head.
“So how would we find Cailleach?” asked William.
“Are you sure you want to go there?” asked Otto.
“No, but waiting and letting things play out isn’t going to get us very far,” said William.
“So true. The early hippie gets the joint as they say. The last time I had heard anything about Cailleach it was in connection with the Shetland Islands,” said Otto.
“And that fits with the Wulvers,” said William.
“You’ll need to get in touch with Viggo. He knows more about Scotland as there is a rich history with Scandinavia. I was never great with all of that historical shit,” said Otto.
